Key skills and requirements

• Provide clear strategic direction for the A&H Account

• Provide rationale and insights on performance of the A&H Account to deliver planned profit & volume over both short and long term

• Review technical, legal issues & developments and produce proposals to reduce risk and/or exploit opportunities and/or reduce blockages

• Review Claims developments and provide insight for account

• Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders within Market Management, CTU, Claims, Finance, legal and intermediaries

• Lead New Product role out and Appetite Extensions

• Lead, or contribute to projects as required
