Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to doors, locks and hardware. All tools and equipment are supplied by Uline. 

• Complete major and minor repairs to drywall and paint.

• Install and maintain artwork.

• Assist in the set-up and tear down of company events.

• Install and configure modular workstations.

• Track and complete work orders using a computer-based system. 

• Meet and escort contractors to complete maintenance / repairs. 

• Identify and diagnose minor repairs in an office and warehouse environment. 
  Work collaboratively in a team environment. 

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3 to 5 years experience with one or more of the following: rough or finish carpentry, wood finishing, painting, plumbing, lighting maintenance, commercial office furniture, floor and tile.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Experience with hand and power tools.

• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services.  

• Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working at elevation.

• Participate in 4 weeks of formal training.
