In this role you’ll lead your team, organise, plan and direct the Asphalt operations to ensure that work is completed a high standard as carry out work for our Maintenance Contracts and numerous other local region body contracts. You’ll overview the Asphalt requirements whilst maintaining a strong focus on health and safety. You’ll have overall responsibility for the crew meeting daily and monthly safety, quality and productivity targets.

You’ll work alongside the Supervisor and other key stakeholders, so the ability to communicate with others is a must.

• Proven Asphalt experience working as a Foreperson or an experienced Operator looking to take the next step
