About the role:

Our client has won a contract for a long term project constructing a $48million, 100-villa Retirement village in Prebbleton. It is a multi-stage project with bed care homes, serviced apartments and a larger community building. Stage 1 started October 2021 with 23 villas underway. Currently looking for carpenters and Hammerhands for complete internal carpentry.

The successful candidate will have opportunity to stay on board throughout full

project of 100 villas.

Hammerhands: $21.50 - $24.50 Wages

Carpenters: $25.50 - $32.00 Wages, $32.00 - $40.00 Contracting

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Erecting roofing and framework
• Laying Sub-Flooring and Floorboards
• Nailing Fascia Panels and Sheathing Roofs, gib fixing
• Fitting Exterior Wall Cladding and Door and Window Frames
• Installation of internal and external cladding
• All aspects of internal finishing
• Main retirement complex to be completed in Stage 2
• Greenfield site

Role Requirements:

• COVID-19 Vaccination required for site
• Valid site safe passport is ideal
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and criminal checks
• Carpenters require full tool kit
• Hammerhands require basic hand tools
