We have a vacancy at The Heritage Hotel Auckland for a motivated, energetic team member looking to start or extend their hospitality career. As part of the Front Office team, our Guest Services Attendants need great customer service skills, good personal presentation, fluent English and a ‘can do’ attitude. From welcoming guests, valet parking cars, providing luggage assistance and advising guests about the hotel services and our local area, you will enjoy a varied busy shift. You will also assist our residents with queries. You will be team focused, hardworking & reliable with fantastic people skills. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required by the Hotel including weekends and public holidays is needed. Prior hotel experience preferred although full training will be given.
You must have a full NZ drivers license for both manual and automatic vehicles, as valet parking is a key part of this role.
