As the Guest Services Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met by efficiently processing the allocation for arriving and departing guests. Working in a team you will be supporting the Assistant Managers and Front Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel in order to achieve our purpose.
