Located between Victoria and Duncan, this brand new position will see you lead a team of individuals who are customer service professionals. A typical day:

• Oversee daily operations including daily cash outs
• Supervise a team of up to 15 including recruitment, onboarding, training and scheduling
• Work closely with Senior Management team
• Support sales through leadership & coaching

Successful candidates will have:

• A minimum of 2 years management or supervisory experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, enthusiastic team leader with a proven dedication to customer service
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to motivate others.
• Flexible in duties and shifts; able to work weekends and holidays
• Experience in tourism a definite asset
• Must have own vehicle and valid Driver's License.
