Do you love Mobile? Well Sauce are currently supporting the global expansion of one of the fastest growing, market leading Mobile Marketing Analytics Saas businesses in the world!

They are looking for a new Growth Manager in London to join their awesome team, the position sits between the Sales team and the Customer Success team, essentially upselling products, retaining and renewing clients.

The position will include:

  • Owning the commercial relationship with existing clients within the assigned territory (likely ecommerce)
  • Develop and close a high volume of expansion deals both upsell, cross sell and net new lines of business. You will spend about half of your time managing expansion deals and the other half will be dedicated to retaining existing revenue.
  • Typical deal size ranges from $15k – $500k/year
  • Proactively analyse customer product usage and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and other Account Team members to secure contract renewals and prevent churn
  • Acquire and maintain best-in-class product knowledge and industry trends
  • Cross-department collaboration, including but not limited to Customer Success, Support, Product, Legal, Finance and Marketing
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with C-Level and senior executives on the client side

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS sales, or similar relevant roles
  • Up-to-date on digital trends, especially in the mobile, web and email space
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
  • Outstanding verbal, written and stand-up presentation skills, with experience of presenting value propositions to executive teams
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote
  • Prior experience with salesforce.com CRM, or other CRM used to manage sales pipeline
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities
  • Proven ability to quickly get up to speed on new cloud apps and tools
  • A proven networker in your daily life
  • Proven success navigating large organisations and the ability to quickly identify decision makers and the decision-making process for large, global brands
  • Experience prospecting to the C-Suite and senior-level leadership of enterprise businesses
  • Ability to demonstrate strong sales process and strategies
  • Track record of overachievement on goals or quotas
