Role purpose: 
This is a key role within the CIS organization that is accountable for defining and implementing the new Global Testing methodology for Nucleus transformational programme.
This is a strategic role responsible for defining the cross countries and cross releases data analytics testing strategy and implementing a common testing framework that span all delivery phases.
This role has also to oversee the overall test management practice and alignment it with Vodafone processes. To drive and manage the test and acceptance at release and/or project level covering assembly, product, performance, user acceptance and regression testing wherever is required.

Provide assurance of Governance across all required test phases and adherence to acceptance protocol to guarantee solution quality, operational readiness within agreed KPIs and ultimately contribute to deliver customer satisfaction. The Test Manager role will need to make sure that all the testing stream activities are in place and the different teams are working as expected to guarantee a successful delivery

• Lead and deliver an aligned programme of work through working with delivery leads from different functions
• Owning, managing and  motivating location dispersed teams to deliver the E2E solution
• Drive senior stakeholder management through the development of the programme

Apply if you have:
• 5 years proven experience of successful programme test/project management across international large and complex programmes on Data Analytics, Data Warehouse, BI. Test Lead experience within Vodafone.
• Experience in development and implementation of Data Analytics / Big Data test strategies and procedures. Focus on end-to-end Data Quality Management.
• Understand the Data ingestion and transformation/load into the Cloud Platform (Mainly GCP)
• Understanding the Data Warehousing and Testing and Migration principles
• Understand GCP environment cost model, articulate test environment needs balancing between cost, project and test coverage required; have an ability to understand complex, very large scale set of integrated databases (20+) and processes supporting multiple businesses
• Understanding the Reconciliation and Data Quality principles
• Experience of managing teams of IT and business specialists and working with 3rd party IT service providers
• Ability to meet programme travel commitments which are anticipated to be up to two weeks a month for certain periods of the programme
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent in a computer science or a scientific/technical discipline
• Technical expertise in delivering BI, Data warehouses, Google Cloud Platforms, Colibra, Qlick,
• Knowledge on the Cloud Migration and Google Cloud Platform ( Data Fusion, Big Query, Composer)
• ISTQB / ISEB and Project Management certification (Prince 2 or PMP). Knowledge of service management discipline (ITIL)
• Knowledge of specific tools: Tricentis Tosca,  Confluence, Microfocus ALM,
• GCP experience and preferable GCP certifications
