We are looking for Groundworkers to help build the Openreach Network in Network Build Engineering.

You'll have the following responsibilities

Working as part of a gang and the type of work you’ll be doing will be physical, involving small engineering work like erection and installation of Openreach telegraph poles, excavation, backfill, hot and cold-lay reinstatement, frame and cover renewal and traffic management set-up.

Starting wage is circa £29,000 for a 37.5 hour week with overtime available. There are excellent career progression prospects. (Team leaders earn over £32k while our gang supervisors get circa £40k).
