Sales Support Executive Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £25,000-£28,000
- OTE/Commission taking your Y1 total earnings up to £32,000!

Sales Support Executive Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have detailed conversations with clients
- Deal with all customer enquiries, either by phone, fax or email, understanding requirements and generating an interest in the company offering
- Chase all customer enquiries until a conclusion is established
- Build and maintain good working relationships with other teams within the business, working alongside them to ensure the sales process runs smoothly
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales activity and customer records are accurate and up to date
- Maximise up-sell opportunities and take responsibility for sales and profit margins
Sales Support Executive Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised
- Business acumen
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
