Sales Development Representative Package:

Sales Development Representative Role:

  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable and detailed conversations with clients
  • Take responsibility for converting Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads
  • Use researching tools and techniques to generate your own sales pipeline of target organisations
  • Perform prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social channels, initiating business relationships with key stakeholders and creating an initial interest in the company offering and its benefits
  • Generate Meetings with qualified prospects, shadowing the sales team in further parts of the sales process
  • When you are comfortable and confident in the role, deliver customer facing product demonstrations
  • Maintain the company CRM system and project related systems
  • Represent the company at Trade Shows and industry events, using these opportunities to connect with new businesses

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
