Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive role will be varied and give a fantastic grounding in Marketing fundamentals. The types of activity you will be involved in include:
- Executing campaigns to help increase average revenue per customer and average order value, through targeted activity to loyal and new customers.
- Helping deliver nurture campaigns to ensure newly won customers convert to loyal customers.
- Working with our data analytics team to identify customer behaviour that may lead to lapsing customers and executing comprehensive churn campaigns to counter.
- Delivering customer engagement activity to ensure retention of our loyal customers
- Working with our Operations Team and analytics teams on customer segmentation strategy, identifying targeted CRM customer journeys and actions.
- Executing regular win-back activity targeted at lapsed customers
- Developing further our customer personalisation activity, in relation to messaging, product and communication channels.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Degree or studying towards a degree graduating in 2022 - ideally in a marketing or business discipline
- Ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes managing multiple projects
Desirable:
- Some relevant work experience via placement year or work experience
- Basic InDesign / Photoshop skills
- Copywriting skills
