Located on the west coast of the North Island, the Horowhenua district is close to Palmerston North. This is a thriving township with a close-knit community feel and exciting residential and shopping areas. Also a popular holiday location with an abundance of activities like surfing, fishing, sailing and bush walks.

Essential criteria
