Having found exceptional product/market fit with 100+ B2B partners worldwide, we’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’, and looking for a sales operations leader to capitalize to build out our “repeatable sales machineâ€.
You will work closely with the VP of Partnerships (B2B sales) and cross-functionally to drive strategic decisions and be at the center of our tech stack, processes, and B2B sales data. You’ll build and iterate as we scale the organization massively in 2022 and beyond.
We don’t pretend this will be easy - joining a company and embarking on the scale-up phase is an amazing challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles. You’ll move quicker than feels comfortable, and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must be done to keep Virtual Internships growing month over month.
Partner with VP of Partnerships and CEO/COO/CFO to drive strategic planning and decision making for the GTM teams, including headcount planning, segmentation, compensation and organisation design, with a tight alignment with Finance.
Review and (if required) re-engineer sales engagement platform and/or CRM
Architect data flow across GTM tech stack, partnering with partnership team leaders to ensure teams have a deep understanding of the customer at every interaction.
Own B2B reporting & processes (e.g. revenue reporting, forecasting, productivity reporting, campaign tracking and lead routing).
Utilize dashboards to uncover insights on sales investments and capacity planning.
