Your key responsibilities

• Managing daily operations including overseeing the daily stock deliveries
• Managing all returns such as store / faulty / damaged / transferred stock
• Maintaining inventory, monitoring stock levels, stockroom presentation standards and ordering supplies when necessary
• Provide training to staff members and lead the team when necessary

To be successful in this role you will need :

• Previous retail stockroom experience ideally but not necessary
• Strong organizational skills to ensure the stockroom is organized at all times
• Organizing and preparing all necessary paperwork for incoming / outgoing stock
• Great attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills
