How you will make an impact in this role:

• Process creation/improvement, strategic direction and business expansion are your first orders of business. The who, why and how.
• Overseeing full Profit//Loss scope and identifying opportunities for growth in the local and National markets.
• Overseeing and managing operations, project management and performance to create a high performing team.

Requirements

What your day to day looks like:

• Process and procedures implementation, focusing on principles from Lean and ISO
• Connect with your team, understand the challenges they face and be there to support overcoming obstacles
• Oversee supply chain and logistics challenges and offer innovative solutions to reach the goals you set
