What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for managing our Assistant Managers and Advisors through effective coaching and development conversations
• Directly manage Sales Advisors and Assistant Managers to help embed knowledge of sales and system processes
• Deliver through people by creating a positive culture of fun and excitement by delivering through their own unique personality
• Working as part of a regional team to drive excellent customer experience and achieve regional targets, through sharing best practice.
• Collate trading feedback and be able to communicate insights to key stakeholder
• Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing your Assistant Manager and Advisors within your Sky Shop.
• Responsibility to support the Regional Manager with the wider SRS team when needed.
• Achieving a balanced and consistent sales and customer experience performance across your area, focused on participation as well as deliverables

What you’ll bring:

• Strong understanding off Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with sales KPIs
• Experience of working within a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Proven Track record in people management of a large team.
• Results Driven with a proven track record of success.
• An excellent understanding of how to drive performance in a competitive market by identifying opportunities to attract new customers, increase store traffic and enhance profitability
