Job Description

We are currently looking for more candidates to join our candidate pool of Administrators as we come into a busy time post holidays. We are recruiting for a number of administration roles.

We are generalist recruiters with a broad skill base and recruit in the Finance and Accounting areas, IT, Technical, Engineering, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Communications, Customer Services and Administration.

 

General main duties include:

  • Maintain office supplies and keep a tidy office
  • Managing and coordinating weekly and monthly meetings
  • Keeping files and database up to date
  • Maintaining good relationships both internally and externally

 

Roles we are currently recruiting for in the public sector:

3-month Temp Administrator assignment | $26ph | ASAP negotiable start

3-month temp Data Administrator assignment | $24-32ph | 17th Feb tart

3- month temp admin IT support role | $25-30ph | ASAP negotiable start

6- week admin/ coordinator temp role| $26ph | 14 Feb start 

 

 

Your skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient MS Office Suite experience - excel, word, outlook, powerpoint etc
  • Strong administration skills
  • Diary Management and Minute Taking
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • A good work ethic and works well under pressure
