How you will make an impact

You have a respect for craft and are motivated by a desire to meet & connect with our guests. You are inviting, a little surprising, attentive and inclusive. You are sociable, expressive, a mover and shaker, and have a love of service and style.

What you will do

• Responsible for daily operations and opportunity to lead the team

• Business acumen to assist in managing the P&L for the outlet

• Opportunity to lead and plan food and beverage activations with the marketing department

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests.

• Influence the team and assist in progressing their career goals

• Warmly welcome & serve our guests.

• Be an expert on the menu, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a mind blowing service experience.

• Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations

• Offer intuitive service and understand their varied needs whether it be a business meal, date night, a doggie degustation (thats right, pups can dine here too!), ladies who lunch or gents that brunch - know what and how to best approach any service situation and blow their mind
