What we're looking for

• Technical/ engineering background (ideally with an understanding of weapon systems, military platforms and sub-systems)
• Knowledge of military effects systems, ideally in a British Army context.
• Customer facing skills
• Good communicator across all levels and a strong problem solver
• Experience in model based systems engineering and associated tools
