About the role:

• Sourcing/attracting candidates from a variety of sources (Job boards, Facebook, LinkedIn, referrals etc)
• Interviewing potential candidates via the telephone and video
• Advising contract/account managers of suitable candidates 
• Updating all databases and internal trackers with relevant candidate information

About you:

• Will have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Resourcing/Recruitment experience would be an advantage but not essential 
• Should enjoy building lasting relationships with candidates
• Be self-motivated and inventive in finding solutions 
• Have great team-work skills – we all support each other!
