As the Transitions Service Manager you will be a hands on Manager who will guide the small team on all service requirements and performance outcomes. You will work closely with the Regional Manager to manage all providers and suppliers involved in the provision of removal services.
To be successful in this role you must have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to manage unique situations in an environment that is fast paced and at times can be challenging.
The significant focus of this position is linked to ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements. This includes but is not limited to completing on site visits at customers’ residences to determine the scope and complexity of their removal through inventory analysis, customer service visits, loss and damage assessments, storehouse and supplier visits/inspections.
