Job Description

This Talent Acquisition role will be sourcing Operational roles nationally across a variety of industry sectors. You will be delivering a seamless end to end experience to both your candidates and hiring managers in a way that optimizes Toll’s talent experience.

You will lead and manage all recruitment activity, whilst collaborating with business leaders about the state of the market, what drives your candidates and where you find them.  This will also incorporate recruiting through a proactive lens, seeking to continually connect with talent in your portfolios for future need.

With a geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team, we pride ourselves on creating a collaborative and engaged national team, who genuinely support one another. This role will complement our QLD, NSW and VIC Teams and can be based in WA or QLD. A hybrid role based a few days a week in the office or more if you wish, you will be provided with all the tools and support required to set you up for success.  

Qualifications

About you

You possess 5+ years' experience gained in either an agency environment or an internal or RPO recruitment function and have recruited within both white collar and blue-collar type roles, ideally in an industrial setting.

Delivering a top candidate experience is the name of your game, so you will need to be an effective communicator, with the ability to articulate complexity clearly, work alongside and influence senior stakeholders, and to think about the bigger picture and how the puzzle works.

This role needs a strong attention to detail, be action and results driven, with a can-do approach that gets stuff done.
