- Have at least one year’s experience managing your own column
- Have a minimum of a Level 2 Professional Standards, a Level 3 Advanced and Creative or a previous NVQ qualification from Level 2
- Be confident and bold when it comes to colouring, cutting, and styling
- Be just as passionate as we are about giving your clients the best experience
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Live for new creative techniques and take pride in all you do
