We are continually looking to improve how we do things; this includes technology enhancements to improve and simplify business processes through delivering high quality IT services.

Our growing IT team are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to join them on this exciting journey!

 

Purpose of the role: 

The Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for making sure new and updated services are successfully delivered into operation.

From requirements gathering to implementation, working on multiple projects, you will engage with all areas of the IT department and various Suppliers to ensure smooth transition into support.

You will also be a member of the Problem Management team which provides support and escalation during significant incidents.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Attend project workshops, sprint reviews and retros
  • Working with business analysts, developers, testers, and the operations teams to understand service level requirements.
  • Documenting the requirements and tracking the status of delivery.
  • Provide updates during the stand ups, project team meetings, or steering groups
  • Schedule, host, and manage actions from relevant supplier reviews of operational performance
  • Support account managers with supplier contracts and relationship engagements
  • Support the IT Service Desk through incident management escalation and coordination as part of 24/7/365 on-call rota

 

Skills required:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication & influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of workflows and process
  • A natural curiosity and desire to succeed and drive for results
  • Flexible & adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances
  • Ability to multi-task and test on a varying number of platforms
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 would be advantageous.
