The Roles 

As a Senior Manager, Commercial you will have responsibility for the development of the Commercial Management Framework, assurance of commercial activities, and management of project and enterprise-wide commercial risks. Key activities of the role include: 

• Manage governance and development of the Commercial Management Framework
• Lead the uplift and implementation of commercial process, procedures, and controls
• Provide commercial assurance of procurement and contract management activities
• Capture portfolio-wide monitoring and management of commercial and industry exposure

• Manage the commercial risk register, risk appetite statements, and reporting
• Develop measures to monitor alignment of market conditions and Sydney Metro’s evolving risk exposure 

About you 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Strong commercial & process implementation experience, ideally in infrastructure or construction.
• Experience of managing and implementing change in a matrixed organisation.
• Relevant tertiary qualification(s), which may include commerce, business, finance/analytics, engineering, construction management, project management or law.
