About the position
The Service Innovation (SI) team is responsible for the ongoing enhancement of the University's Automation and Optimisation IT workflows which includes Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Workflow and platform Optimisation. The team is engaged in small project activity both implementing and operationalising Automation activities in the pursuit of our strategic goal of becoming an Innovation and data led institution.
Reporting to and working closely with the Associate Director Service Innovation and the Business Units across the University the Senior Business Process Analyst will have direct responsibility across Process discovery, improvement and optimisation initiatives led by the Service Innovation Team.
