Job Description:

• Conducting product studies and sourcing new providers and providers.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and offerings and negotiating the first-class or maximum price-powerful contracts and deals.
• Performing stock inspections and reordering materials and inventory as necessary.
• Conducting marketplace studies to preserve abreast of rising traits and enterprise opportunities.
• Inspecting inventory and reporting any defective gadgets or inconsistencies immediately.
• Updating and preserving statistics of all orders, payments, and acquired inventory.
• Coordinating with the shipping crew and following up on delays or orders which have been rescheduled.
• Attending product launches and networking with enterprise professionals.
• Establishing expert relationships with customers in addition to providers and providers.
• Ensuring all inventory is packaged accurately and introduced to the best area in a well timed manner.
• Researching and evaluating providers, goods, and offerings.
• Selecting the maximum appropriate providers in phrases of reliability, product quality, and price-efficiency.
• Monitoring stock stages and figuring out buy needs.
• Requesting price proposals and negotiating contracts and prices.
• Preparing and processing buy orders.
• Maintaining statistics of all transactions, buy orders, receipts, and payments.
• Scheduling and verifying buy deliveries.
• Building and preserving positive, long-time period provider relations. 

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in commerce, logistics or a related field may be required.
• Experienced in a similar position.
• Proficient in related management software.
• Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
• Ability to conform to customer specifications.
