Join us as a Project Manager

• Working on the Trading Wind Down (TWD) liquidity workstream, you'll deliver our goals on time, within budget and to the highest quality

What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll prepare, analyse and provide reporting on all project plans, controls and resource plans and make sure that the plans are in line with any wider programme plans and controls.

Additionally, you'll be delivering solutions to enable regulatory compliance with the new Prudential Regulations Authority (PRA) rules TWD. You’ll drive activities to prepare the business and engage stakeholders effectively to help change to be implemented and handed over.

You’ll also be:

• Engaging with stakeholders and SMEs across the front office, chief operating officer (COO), finance and technology to document requirements
• Managing the build of the liquidity forecast for TWD
• Identifying, tracking, managing and mitigating any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Tracking and reporting project costs and making sure that the project is completed in allotted budgets
• Making sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework

The skills you'll need

We’ll expect you to hold a management qualification, as well as some experience in change management. You should also have experience of delivering strategic projects that support a business strategy and its growth agenda.

Furthermore, you'll need experience of investment banking liquidity calculations and existing regulations. An understanding of the front to back trade lifecycle and how to implement similar regulatory changes would be advantageous.

You’ll also need:

• To hold a relevant qualification with the health, safety and environment test
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and senior managers
• Experience of delivering project management
• An understanding of applications for systems and delivery
• Knowledge of flexible working environments and strategies
