Our Regional and Outer Metropolitan division is focused on understanding the particular needs of regional communities across NSW and delivering customer-centred integrated transport services and infrastructure.  

What’s on offer?  

Make a real difference to your community through once-in-a-generation experience across various projects across Regional NSW:  

• 2-year fixed term full-time traineeship  

• Obtain a Certificate IV in Project Management through a Registered Training Organisation 

• Complete a structured training program (virtually) 

• Work with and learn from qualified professionals on multiple project opportunities  

About you 

You’re a team player, with a great attitude and hold yourself accountable for doing your best in school, work and play. You enthusiastically seek out new opportunities to learn and have a good grip on your time management and prioritisation skills.

You enjoy learning about the maintenance and management of our regional transport assets and how to provide project administrative support for any projects that are taking place across your region.  You also have:  

• Completed Year 12 or hold the Higher School Certificate or equivalent 

• Proven basic computer literacy 

• You are an Australian/NZ citizen OR an Australian Permanent Resident 

• You are able to commence full time employment in February 2023 

• Reliable transport to travel to the office  

Salary 

Your salary will be based on the year you completed Year 12 HSC. 

Project Management Trainee: 

Year 12 School leaver - $444.00/p.w 

Plus 1 years out of school - $517.80/p.w 

Plus 2 years out of school - $600.70/p.w 

Plus 3 years or more - $687.40/p.w
