Job Description
What does the role look like?
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the HR and WHS Directors
- Assist in the creation/preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and publications
- Compile and distribute people and safety data as requested
- Research/investigate issues of relevance to the Directors
- Monitor key project and reporting deadlines across the teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Liaise with international, national, and regional teams along with external service providers as required
- Manage, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain and monitor diary and email requirements
- Provide cover for other Personal Assistants within National Finance and Administration
- Book travel and accommodation for the Directors and their teams as needed

What we need from you:
- Proven administration experience looking after a busy team, office, or leaders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Excellent attention to detail in all scopes of work
- Highly organised - with the ability to work under pressure and across multiple projects at the one time and adapt to changing circumstances at short notice
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Ability to make logical decisions and promptly action outstanding issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use initiative, be proactive and think outside the square
