We have opportunities for PAs, Administrators and Co-ordinators who play key roles in supporting and delivering our services.

PA's, Administrators and Co-ordinators roles provide exposure to the different areas of the Bank. You’ll support colleagues including our Deputy Governors, Directors, Heads of Department, and Senior Managers and their teams with a range of critical tasks.

In our relaxed yet highly professional environment, you’ll contribute to the smooth-running of our projects and enjoy plenty of scope to develop your skills while learning new ones.

Role responsibilities for PA, Administrators and Co-ordinators include: 

  • Proactive diary management 
  • Inbox management and keeping track of actions
  • Preparing and collating agendas, briefings and meeting papers 
  • Arranging domestic and international travel 
  • Events management and support 
  • Maintaining electronic filing systems 
  • Preparing documents, letters, reports and presentations 
  • Dealing with general correspondence and queries from external stakeholders 
  • Establishing and maintaining close links with key internal partners across the Bank and external counterparts 
  • Reconciling expenses for the senior manager
  • Cover for colleagues within your team and the wider directorate where necessary  

Role Requirements for PA's, Administrators and Co-ordinators

Minimum (Essential) Criteria

  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills 
  • A good level of verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships and networks with staff at all levels
  • Flexible, adaptable and ability to work effectively as a team player 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality 
  • Excellent IT skills – Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at Intermediate/Advanced level are essential.

Desirable Criteria (but not essential)

  • Previous experience using MS OneNote

Our salaries range from £23,490- £30,690 per annum, depending on skills and experience.  The salary will be pro-rated if the role is part-time.

  • 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays and if you want you can buy up to 13 more holiday days per year,
