We’re offering a competitive salary, pension and bonus, with terms and conditions covered by the EDF Nuclear Generation Personal Contract. The starting salary will be dependent on your existing salary, competence, experience and qualifications.
This is a full time position based primarily on site, but we're happy to discuss options around flexible and hybrid working if this is of interest to you.

What you’ll be doing

Who you are
You should have a proven ability to deliver high quality HR generalist support, including strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. We’re looking for you to have a manufacturing or industrial background where you have worked with a multidisciplined workforce. Experience working with trade unions is really important and it would be good to see you demonstrate previous involvement or leadership in change management.
The ability to work effectively within a matrix managed organisation is also key, as well as being confident to coach and challenge senior executives, influencing as appropriate to ensure successful outcomes. You’ll need to be comfortable in complex environments and able to move effortlessly between strategic topics and day to day HR activities, with a strong commercial acumen alongside. You should be able to demonstrate a strong professional network and continuous personal development – this would mean being a Chartered member/Chartered Fellow of CIPD or equivalent experience. A postgraduate qualification in HR would be an advantage.
