Your responsibilities
- Be a part of maturing and editing office policies and procedure for improved workflow
- Evaluate and improve office production
- Work with Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
- Preside over all manner of office related tasks: handle copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems
- Preside over overall office administration
- Job related experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory role required
- Knowledge of Adobe Reader
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
- Administrative Office experience preferred
