Job Description

The role:
With such a massive influx of participants, and the associated need for support workers, we are currently looking to strengthen our team in Sydney.  The primary focus of an NDIS Recruitment Consultant is to ensure our participants receive effective support through the provision of compliant staff and superior customer service.

You will be part of a team who will be responsible for ensuring we have adequate support workers to service our participants shifts. The main candidate will be disability support workers and other healthcare professionals.

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Adopt successful recruitment practices and strategies to provide quality staff to match customer needs
  • Ensure our customers are provided with effective daily living & community access supports by sourcing suitable disability support workers
  • Ensure customers are supported in a smooth and timely manner and within the financial boundaries of their NDIS plan
  • Recruiting suitable disability, welfare, mental health and support workers

  • Ability to calmly perform in high pressure situations
  • Determined to perform, exceed targets and execute commercial concepts 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Have previous recruitment or employment services experience
  • Experience within the disability industry will be beneficial
  • Hold a current NDIS Screening Check and Police Check
