About The Role

As Manufacturing Key Operative - Shunter, you’ll work at a manufacturing site running the yard, including completing all relevant paperwork and ensuring the operation receives excellent service. You’ll ensure vehicles are operationally ready at the right location at the right time, and will make sure they’re moved in a timely and safe manner. You’ll also assess equipment before and after use in line with relevant policies and procedures, and work across departments to maximise efficiency.

About You

You don’t need to have any previous experience – we’ll provide all of the training and support that you need! 

You’ll be the kind of person who: 

• Has a proactive approach with willingness to learn new skills and techniques

• Can work in a yard environment with varying temperatures, and in a cab

• Has great communication skills and the ability to escalate issues or challenges as required

• Ideally has previous experience in a fast paced warehouse environment (desirable)
