We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to join Barnardo's Legal team. We are growing our in-house capacity to ensure that colleagues across all areas of our charity have access to the expert legal advice and support they need. From strategic advice on legal governance matters at Board level to negotiating major children's services contracts with local authorities, you will working with Trustees and colleagues in Business Development, Children's Services, Fundraising and Business Services. You will be influential in ensuring that the charity delivers its mission in compliance with its core legal and compliance obligations. You will also ensure that colleagues can access legal knowhow and training to create strong legal knowledge and practices within their teams and wider directorates.
