Job Description
New opportunity available for an IT Service Manager - WMS to join the Group IT team, where you will participate in resolving high priority and impact issues relating to WMS applications across Toll Group.
Reporting into the IT Service Lead, you will manage end to end service delivery of Warehouse Management applications and other Global Logistics applications support, maintenance and services as per agreed SLA with business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day management of the application support teams, operational teams and delivery of services to meet contractual service levels and ensure the effective and efficient operational service support.
- Provide an escalation path for the business teams to raise any issues relating to operations and address any issues, in conjunction with the Service Delivery Managers, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly assess customer feedback and make necessary improvements to support processes and documentation.
- Manage risk and issues for WMS applications responsible as agreed with reporting manager.
- Ensure the services are delivered with the budget and contractual obligations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge across supply chain domains.
- Experienced in Warehouse Management Applications such as BY WMS, Dispatcher WMS, Red Prairie, Paperless WMS, etc.
- Experience or working knowledge of Warehouse Operational Technologies such as RF devices, WCS, AGV, printers.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to technical and operational issues related to Logistics and Supply Chain System.
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT Service Management, including governance of outsourced Service Providers. ITIL qualifications highly advantageous.
- Knowledge and/or experienced in cloud technologies - AWS / Azure / Oracle cloud.
