The Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team is seeking an Investigations Specialist to support the Inbound domain. Our vision is to provide easy-to-use tools that enable Sellers to make smart, intuitive choices about how they send their inventory into Amazon’s Fulfillment Network. We are creating innovative solutions for Sellers and looking for an Investigation Specialist to drive Seller adoption efforts, deep dive issues, and synthesize Seller feedback into actionable product recommendations. This role is a chance to join an innovative team that is driving operational efficiency to Amazon while building tools that aim to help world wide Sellers grow and scale on our platform.

Bachelor’s Degree

1+ years of experience in an Investigation or risk management role

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns

Aptitude in identifying root causes; recommending and implementing solutions

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.

Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented.

Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment
