We are currently accepting resumes from organized and team-oriented individuals who are looking for a career as an Inventory Sales Coordinator at our Calmont Equipment, Bobcat of Edmonton branch.
Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to:
ADMINISTRATION OF EQUIPMENT FILES
- Conduct final audit of equipment files prior to the Sales Manager to ensure all documentation is in place including invoices, lien checks, concession requests, sales agreements, etc
- Accounts Payable data entry and filing
- Tracking and printing concession payments
- Provides reports to the Sales Department and Management on statistical information
- Coordinates and prepares delivery and damage claims for new trucks received
- Update’s sales policies and forms as requested
- Creates purchase orders and matches to invoices when received
- Files all related documentation
INVENTORY CONTROL
- Assigns stock numbers
- Tracks new and used stock and verifies locations
- Performs periodic internal inventory count
DATA BASE ADMINISTRATION
- Ensures data bases are accurate and up to date
- Assists and trains Sales staff to utilize the data bases
- Produces reports as requested
- Updates websites as required
SALES SUPPORT
- Assist in creating flyers, posters, and other communications within the organization
- Assist in coordinating sales functions and events
Job Requirements
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED.
- CDK knowledge is considered an asset
- Heavy truck parts and service knowledge
- Completion of a post-secondary program preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and related experience).
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in equipment dealership operations
- Ability to use standard computer desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet Applications.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
- Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
