Responsibilities and Duties:
** Provide administrative support to the department on a variety of tasks
** Assist with reporting and preparing documentation
** Help with policy and form administration coordination
** Filing, scanning, mailing and data entry as required
** Update and maintain internal databases
** Read and review internal performance reviews for Senior Advisors to follow up on
** Respond to inquiries from staff
** Project related work
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
** 2 + year’s office administration experience
** Experience in HR is preferred
** Professional with great attention to detail in work
** Advanced MS Office skills in particular Excel and Word
** Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
** Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
** Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
** Ability to work with confidential information
