What are the key highlights of this role?

We are looking for an exceptional Field Speciality Retail and Education Manager who drive sales and market share in the Speciality Retailers with a service -led, inspiring and retail centric coaching style to navigate the future of our retail space. You will lead by example, with a genuine excitement and love for our brands, luxury retail and exceptional customer experiences.

Your mission is to deliver inspiring and exciting training and coaching to Speciality Retailer Beauty Advisors (Boots, H-Beauty, Next, SpaceNK, John Lewis, Look Fantastic) for all Luxe Brands. Through the execution of impactful trainings and in store coaching you will engage and motivate the Beauty Advisors so that they fall in love with our brands and drive sell out. You will also drive retail in your region through the execution of events in Speciality Retailers, as well as ensuring merchandising excellence and maintaining brand image in your stores. Reporting into the National Speciality Education Manager, you will also collaborate with Brand and Multibrand Area Managers to support with coaching and education in stores for L’Oreal Beauty Advisors in the same region. What are the key responsibilities?

  • Be an inspiring One Luxe ambassador for your region who masters Retail Fundamentals, staying up to date with Market, Consumers and Competition that translates findings to positively impact business.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Area Managers to ensure alignment in key messages and actions to achieve maximum impact in region.

  • Influence and empower LUXE BA’s to achieve business results by effectively engaging with their retailer BA’s
  • Ensure the Speciality Retail Beauty Advisors have a high level of knowledge of brands DNA story, and product knowledge to story tell and inspire their customers.
  • Own the coaching & development of Retailer Beauty Advisors on products, brands and service.
  • Build strong personal connections with Retailer BA’s to maximise loyalty and brand love
  • Influence current and future retailer initiatives and collaborations to maximise business opportunities.
  • Deliver inspiring, exciting and engaging training to Speciality Retailer BA’s
  • Influence BA’s by building strong relationships through regular visits and engagement
  • Manage the engagement product gratis for Speciality Beauty Advisors inline with budget, through reward and recognition
  • Manage and influence stakeholders (Retailers, department managers) with regular feedback, follow up from visits and meetings
  • Support retailers with the retention of speciality beauty advisors to ensure low turnover of beauty advisors
  • Drive sales and market share, ensuring L’Oreal brands growth in sales and increased rankings in the store
  • Engage teams with online, social and digital education and engagement
  • Drive and develop retail KPI’s
  • Analyse the business and sales to look for opportunities to increase sales through education and eventing
  • Build relationships with brands marketing, commercial and education to ensure we are aligned, ensuring brand image is upheld and visual merchandising excellence
  • Work with the National Specialty Education Manager and brands to contribute to sales growth through the execution of in store activity and coaching to support brands launches and customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales and team management experience, ideally within beauty industry
  • Exceptional training and coaching skills
  • Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques, customer service and proven ability to drive results
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Valid UK driving licence and willing to travel – must have
  • Strong capability on MS Office, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook
