About the role
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Facility Manager to their aged care facility based close to the Adelaide Hills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide overall leadership and management of the aged care facility
- Ensure consistent high-quality person-centred care is provided to the highest standard
- Deliver optimal business outcomes and commercial results
- Ensure the aged care facility is compliant with accreditation standards
- Maintain a continuous improvement approach
- Lead the identification & management of risks
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
- Contribute to a positive team culture and foster positive working relationships
- Provide leadership, coaching and development to a multi-disciplinary team
- Implement change to achieve desired outcomes
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- National Police and NDIS clearances
- Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team
- Proven experience in financial, human and asset management
- Knowledge of government regulations, statutes, and acts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
