About the role
  
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Facility Manager to their aged care facility based close to the Adelaide Hills. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Provide overall leadership and management of the aged care facility
• Ensure consistent high-quality person-centred care is provided to the highest standard
• Deliver optimal business outcomes and commercial results
• Ensure the aged care facility is compliant with accreditation standards
• Maintain a continuous improvement approach
• Lead the identification & management of risks
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
• Contribute to a positive team culture and foster positive working relationships
• Provide leadership, coaching and development to a multi-disciplinary team
• Implement change to achieve desired outcomes  

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• National Police and NDIS clearances
• Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team
• Proven experience in financial, human and asset management
• Knowledge of government regulations, statutes, and acts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
