You'll have a meaningful role supporting talent activity for our Executive population – the top 300 – supporting the identification of brilliant executives, setting them up for success, empowering movement across the Group and ensuring we have strong succession plans into our most senior roles. Talent experience is a bonus, but you do not need to be an expert. Our ideal candidate will: Don’t worry if you can’t master all of these things right now – we'll support you along the way! We're a small team, but have a really broad agenda. There isn’t a typical day in Executive talent, which means you’ll get involved in varied and evolving projects! What we can promise is that you’ll shape the discussions the GEC have on Executive Talent, Succession and Mobility topics, ensure robust succession plans are in place for the Group’s most senior roles and critical groups, and support the successful onboarding of new-to-group Executives through working with our third-party suppliers. To do this, you’ll need to use the deep relationships you’ve developed with the People Directors and other senior People & Places stakeholders.
