ERP First Line Support

Location - based at Manchester Office

New opportunity to join the IT team reporting into the UK IT manager, the key responsibilities.

• to be responsible for providing first line ERP support to both local users in Manchester and the UK business.
• to provide ERP support to users by responding to calls placed through the IT Helpdesk both in person and via email and Teams and the telephone.  
• working as part of the ERP team to ensure all ERP systems and applications are running smoothly, whilst ensuring users are provided with a first-class customer service experience.
