You will: 

• Build the product roadmap and strategy for the end-to-end customer experience with our financial crime processes and the development of our fincrime decision platform
• Partner closely with our leaders of for Financial Crime, Risk, Operations, Growth and our Chief Product Officer on strategy and execution of the roadmap
• Sit on the leadership team for the Product organisation
• Manage and develop the Product teams within the Financial Crime org 
• Make sure our customer and customer operations experience is a key differentiator for Monzo 

You have: 

• Experience leading a product area, including direct management of a wide group of Product Managers as well as working closely with or directly leading design and data teams 
• Past experience building impactful product as an individual contributor prior to moving into a leadership role 
• Strong people leadership principles and a passion for developing others
• A love of highly cross-functional teams including close partnership with Engineering, Data and Operations leaders
• A deep empathy for customers and a desire to build a financial services organization that delights our 5M and growing users

• This role can be based in our London office or remotely with some regular travel
