What you'll do

• Design, develop and implement the Employee Lifecycle strategy in conjunction with CHRO and HR Services
• Lead and direct a team of HR professionals per company standards and with continuous improvement
• Monitor compliance and effectiveness of Employee Lifecycle processes and revise accordingly
• Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management with regions and other stakeholders
• Responsible for headcount and budget planning across Employee Lifecycle teams
• Ensure that processes and policies spanning the different areas of Employee Lifecycle are fit for purpose and experienced seamlessly by colleagues

What you'll need

• A degree in any discipline
• Experience in HR preferably across multiple disciplines
• Experience at senior leadership level
• Outstanding and proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and motivated by making a difference
• Able to innovate and find solutions
• Able to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
• Able to make important decisions with long-term and far-reaching implications
• German Language not essential but preferred
• A full UK Driving Licence not essential but preferred
