Role responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse group of stakeholders and deliver a comprehensive change and communications program
• Provide expert knowledge as a subject matter expert to key stakeholders
• Partner with leaders to provide support on all things pertaining to the project
• Present recommendations as well as develop and execute training
• Oversee the development, testing and deployment for all programs
• Contribute to the strategic development of projects for continuous improvement
• Liaise with domestic and international stakeholders

Selection criteria:

• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
• Proven experience project managing large scale projects
• Strong SAP systems experience highly desirable
• Tertiary qualified in relevant field e.g. IT, Project Management, Business Administration favourable
• Top tier Management Consulting experience highly desirable
• Proven experience using PMO tools (Jira, Confluence) preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Ability to influence key stakeholders in order to effect change
