Job Description
This position will suit an individual who is a real team player and who naturally thrives in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye and attention to detail coupled with your data entry skills and ability manage paperwork will be highly regarded.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Accurately enter and maintain all data related to new and existing clients and care staff in electronic system
- Verify and edit data as needed
- Confirm services delivered from source documents, into database for invoicing
- Create and confirm client group activity attendances
- Maintain staff competencies in system
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality and control methods
- Carry out general electronic filing of data processed
- Assist with other clerical duties related to the role as required
About You:
- Previous experience in processing a large volume of data
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solver and ability to work within a team and independently
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be adaptable and flexible in times of change
- Have the technological capability to pick up new systems
- Be extremely reliable
- Consistently follow protocols and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of community based services
- Have a police certificate issued by the Australian Federal Police
- Possess a positive CAN DO attitude
